We make every effort to ensure that your order meets or exceeds your expectations! Once we receive your order, our quality control team checks – and then double-checks – every detail of the items you’ve selected to make sure they are perfect! Your order is then carefully packed in protective materials, and shipped as soon as is humanly possible. That’s one of the reasons we have so many satisfied customers!

However, even with all the care we take, very occasionally you may prefer to return or replace part or all of your order. Unlike many online merchants who refuse to accept returns or exchanges, or make the process so complicated or expensive that it becomes an exercise in frustration, our response is “No problem!”  Why? Because if you’re not happy, we’re not happy! And that’s why we offer one of the most generous return policies in the industry.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it within 60 days of receipt, and we’ll make it right! It’s that simple.  

To help make your  return or exchange process as smooth as possible, please ensure that you do the following:

1.       We ship your purchases in protective packaging so that your handbags arrive in perfect shape. If you’ve retained the original packaging materials that your item arrived in, please use those for your return shipment. If not, please use a similar type of hard package or box rather than a bag or soft covering, so that your items are not crushed or damaged in transit.

2.       Please ensure that all of your information is correct (name, shipping address, telephone number). It might sound silly to remind you of this, but you’d probably be utterly amazed at the number of times we’ve encountered issues with incomplete information. We don’t want that to happen with your parcel!

3.       Provide us with a tracking number for your return shipment. Otherwise, if your parcel goes astray in transit, there is no way for us (or you) to locate it. Since we cannot refund your money until the parcel arrives back in our warehouse, providing a tracking number not only speeds up the process, but gives you peace of mind.

4.       When you send your parcel to us, you will receive a form from the courier. This acts as proof that the courier company has taken receipt of the parcel. Please scan or take a photo of the form and send it to us, because on occasion the local Postal station that serves our warehouse may require it. It’s also a good idea to retain the original form for future reference, but we will also keep a copy of the scanned document in case you need it at a later date. Just let us know, and we’ll send it to you.

Please note that we are happy to offer free shipping of your order to your destination, but we are not able to offer free shipping for the return trip to our warehouse
